The territory considered by the project for placement of repair and technical base is located in the North-Western part of Chekhov, Moscow region.

The total area of the territory is – < B > 1.0 ha. The territory consists of two adjacent land plots with cadastral numbers: 50: 31: 0010501: 933 and 50: 310010501: 934 of 0.5 ha each.

On the territory of the repair and construction base of BAUER Technology LLC, it is planned to :

open storage areas for large-size drilling equipment;

Parking of equipment for lifting and unloading operations (automobile crane) and cleaning equipment;

staff car Parking and necessary engineering structures.

Service and repair work of drilling equipment will be performed

in the enclosed area of the planned maintenance point for construction drilling equipment manufactured by BAUER, it will also house office, household and warehouse premises.

Upon completion of the project, the first high-tech repair facility will appear on the territory of the Moscow region, which will allow performing services in accordance with high European requirements.
